Objectives: strategy-dependent 12–20% net IRR (illustrative; varies by mandate/jurisdiction; not guarantees), with mandate-specific yield and Multiple on Invested Capital (MOIC) targets available on request.
Drivers: disciplined entry, structural terms, operational control, and timing.
Methodology: where provided, figures are net of fees, expenses, and carry; definitions and calculation methods are disclosed in the reporting pack.
Reporting: audited, mandate-level reporting for qualified investors; quarterly updates and capital-account statements.
Access: historical performance and methodology available under NDA to eligible parties.
